A couple of weeks ago,

one of my family's close friend's father passed away.

We saw him a couple days after,
and my little sister went up to him

and told him that she would share her daddy with him,

because no one should have to live without a daddy.

She's four. She GMH.

pretending
Thursday, July 15, 2010
I pretend and act through my days everyday. I pretend im someone im not. Truth is everyone does tat too. Whether its because of insecurity or pride, how often do we really show our true selves? Sometimes, some of us, like I change wit circumstances. We're classified under "chameleons". We adapt well to ALL sorts of situations, and the atmosphere around us determines our behavior. There are time where we're lost in a world of masks, we never get to peel them off as they pile one after another. Te mirror we're looking at, has only our masks on, but we fail to pull it out, and come to terms with who we are, or more accurately speaking, we dont even know who we are anymore. When we do peel the glossy, embossed mask, we see the brown eyes, the little freckles and dimples, and realize how we do not even recognize ourselves..

just a random thought.
